Slacking isn't even the word to describe our attempts on "Acts of Service." We have let "stuff" get in the way and that's not setting a good example for the kiddos. So, we decided to start doing it again. We have this idea of taking a picture of the kids and making a card to deliver with the goodies they make for people but, this is what we get...
Well, can't said we didn't try.
Today, we took cookies to the fire station to just tell the firemen, "Thank You!" They were nice (and brave) enough to let the kids play on the fire truck.
