Look at me!

Hayley has hit a milesotne that I thought would be a couple of months off.  SHE PULLED UP!!  She was playing with her new toy Aunt Shawn brought her and the next thing we knew...she just shot right up.  It was so cute and she was so proud of herself...
(By the way this is her new "old granny" face as we call it)

We are so proud of our "peanut"!!

Snow (but, not as much as Dallas)

Well, we got some snow (again).  This is the third time this year!!  We LOVE it.  We didn't get as much as Dallas but, it's still BEAUTIFUL!!  And, you KNOW I took some pictures.
Our Backyard...
This little bird was so cute playing in the snow...
My Pansies even got some snow
(and those are the garden stones the girls got me for my birthday)...
My bench sure did look pretty...
The view from my kitchen...
The front...
You don't think I would let the girls miss out on all the snow did you?
Right after breakfast, I put their rain boots on them (left them in their nighty nights), put their coats on and out the door we went...
Hannah...
Hayley...
They were in their Bumbo's because I didn't put on "waterpoof" pants.
But, I did let them feel of it.  They seemed to like it and Hannah wanted to eat it...
Thank you Jesus for another BEAUTIFUL day.
I still stand in amazment at your wonderful works!

Mommy has a Birthday!

Well, mommy truned another year older on Saturday.  We started the day by going to eat at Cracker Barrel for breakfast (and we did some shopping).  Mima got the girls these cute outfits to wear for my birthday and I LOVED them...
Hannah loved her belt...
Hayley sitting up big...
(Don't know if you can read the back but it says, "...and mommy loves me")
Mima and Hayley...
When we got back from breakfast, the girls were ready to give me my gifts.
I got two garden stones.  I LOVE things to go in my flowerbeds!!
During the girls nap, Cecil Ray set an appointment for my mom and I to get a massage.  It was WONDERFUL and much needed.  Then, mom and I got the girls and went to get our hair cut (also much needed).  A day of pampering...what else could a girl ask for?

For dinner, we went to Osaka to eat.  It is one of my favorite places here in Hot Springs.
Family picture...
(I didn't have time to get "cute" after we got our hair done but, we had fun anyway.)
After dinner, Mima took the girls home to feed them and put them to bed while Cecil Ray and I went to see my crush a movie..."Dear John".

On Sunday, Cecil Ray had a party for my with all our friends at our house.
Jaclyn and the kids...
Mom, Jennifer, Sonya & Jessica...
BJ, Cecil Ray, Jeremy & Danny
sitting by their smoke fire...
I wonder if that big fire was keeping them warm?
My Strawberry cake...YUMMO!!
"Happy Birthday to You..."
Vick having some chicken...
Hayley made a new friend...Danny.  He was so great with her.  He fed her, put her to sleep and played with her all day.  Guess he was practicing since he has one on the way...
Jessica made sure our other "baby" got some attention...
Trouble Cousins...Colt & Hayley...
It was a GREAT birthday!  Thank you to everyone!!
P.S. Hannah was there, she just didn't get in many pictures.  She took a good long nap.  Hayley...not so much.

Winter Weather in Arkansas!!

Last Friday, we woke up to a beautiful sight...
Everything was covered in ice (and a little snow).
It doesn't make for good for travel but it's great to look at...
Our tree in the front had a branch break off because of the weight...
Our backyard...
Here's a picture to show how the ice froze on the branches.  Cecil Ray said there is only like a two degree gap where it will do this...
My flowers sure did look good even though it was freezing cold...
The girls never knew what was going on.
They just played like always...
Then, this morning we woke up to this...
We had no clue that it was going to snow but we had almost two inches and it was BEAUTIFUL...
I took this picture and thought it was so pretty with the berries and snow...
Don't know if you can tell how hard and much it is snowing in this picture but it was REALLY coming down.  Again, it was BEAUTIFUL...
And you know I had to get some pictures of my "snow bunnies"...
Miss. Hayley
Miss. Hannah
We had snow, sleet, and rain ALL day long.  It's going to stay below freezing tonight so we will get to enjoy it tomorrow (I doubt CR will go to work).  Cecil Ray and I plan on building a snowman in the morning so I'll post pictures of it tomorrow!

Playdate with Baby Trey!

Last week, we had a "playdate" with baby Trey.  Cecil Ray invited the Easterlings over to play video games to visit and have dinner.  It is so fun to watch the kids play together.  They are just now to the point where they interact.  I should let you know that Trey is two weeks and one day older than the girls.
Here they are on the play mat having fun...
Hayley is making sure he doesn't take her toys...
Hannah is an aggressive little thing.  She will take another baby down, pull hair, pinch, take toys, whatever it takes to "win".  Wonder where she gets that from daddy?
Look at that handsome guy...
Sonya and I wanted a "naked" baby picture of the three of them.
Isn't it too cute?
It didn't take long before the girls were attacking Trey and he quickly was looking for his mom...
Trey...
Hayley...
Hannah...
We had so much fun playing with Trey and having dinner together.  It's always neat to "compare" what they are doing since they are so close in age.  Can't wait for many many more!!
