HAPPY BIRTHDAY JESUS Party!

I wanted to start a new tradition this year and have a "Happy Birthday Jesus" party for the kids. They had a blast making the cake and decoration for the party. We sent out invitations to all our friends and we were so excited for them to come!

Didn't get any picture of me reading the story of Jesus' birth to the kids and us talking about it. But, the kids had a great time (and so did the mommy's)!

It's a Party for Zoe!

We got invited to a birthday party for one of the girls friends from church, Zoe. She truned three! This was the girls second "friend" birthday party. The first was Ella's back in August. Zoe's party was at the girls favorite park, Brownlee. They not only have playgrounds with slides (that are covered) but they also have water and sand! Hannah calls it the "beach" park.

Next it was off to play!!

I love this picture because I have a picture of Zoe and Hayley playing in the sand at the twins birthday party.

Time for the Pinata! I love this one becasue you pull strings rather than hitting it.

Hayley grabbed her some suckers.
"Open it Mama."
Sarah Beth went too and she finally woke up!
We had such a fun time and the girls were worn OUT. That night, was date night for Daddy and Mommy so we had a sitter come over and keep the girls. When we got home, I changed the girls and went to put Sarah Beth in her bed. When I came back in the living room this is what I saw...
Guess he was worn out too!
It was a fun day for sure!

What Time Is It?

It's time for a birthday party!
Our TWO are TWO already?  It can't be so!

We started celebrating early since Brooke, Hunter, Nano, Big Daddy, & Lance couldn't come to the party.  So, they came to see the girls and bring gifts.

On Saturday, we had the girls BIG party.  Mima rented a Snow Cone Machine for them and this is what Hayley did as soon as we got it...

That tiny little thing!

We decided on a "Bubble Guppies" theme since the girls LOVE the show.  Only problem was that they don't make Bubble Guppies decorations so mom and I (mostly mom) had to make EVERYTHING!  It was fun and turned out perfect!

We asked our friends not to bring gifts because we just wanted to celebrate with them and we knew the girls would get a TON of stuff from our families.  So, we opened gifts after everyone left.

We had such a great time and have a lot of fun pictures I just wish we would have gotten a family picture, pictures with Mima and the kitchen she got them but she was busy in the background and we appreciate that SO much!

HAPPY 2nd BIRTHDAY GIRLS!!
