Look at me!

Hayley has hit a milesotne that I thought would be a couple of months off.  SHE PULLED UP!!  She was playing with her new toy Aunt Shawn brought her and the next thing we knew...she just shot right up.  It was so cute and she was so proud of herself...
(By the way this is her new "old granny" face as we call it)

We are so proud of our "peanut"!!

Happy Valentine's Day!!

Valentine's Day for us was a family event this year.  We started the day just being lazy and then for lunch we went to Chili's and ate.  The girls were a hit in their Valentine outfits Mima got them.  I took a few pictures of the girls very first Valentine's...
Hannah...
Hayley...

Anyone who knows me knows that I decorate for EVERY holiday.  So, I took some pictures of my Valentine decorations too!
Guest Bathroom...

Kitchen Island with yummy homemade & decorated cookies...
And, my favorite decoration...
Then, for the THIRD time this year, we got this...
It was so pretty (again)...
Since it was snowing and cold we decided to have a fire in the pit outside and watch the snow.
Daddy and Hayley...
Mommy and Hannah...
After we had dinner at home and the girls went to bed, Cecil Ray and I went back outside to enjoy the fire.  It was so relaxing and nice to just sit outside, look at the snow and talk.  Cecil Ray made some hot chocolate and we ate some of those cookies I made.  It was a wonderful way to end Valentines Day!

Mommy & Daddy get a DATE!!

Well, we had a wonderful Friday night.  We got a DATE...WHOOO HOOOOO!!  We have been on dates since the girls have been born for a couple of hours but last night we I was away from them longer than I ever have been...4 1/2 hours!  I finally got to get all dressed up and go out on the town.  Now, Cecil Ray doesn't understand why this is so important and exciting for me to get all dressed up but girls, you understand.  It just makes us feel good!  Anyway, Shawn and Maci came in town to keep the girls so we could have an early Valentine's.  We went to eat dinner and then went to "The Pocket Community Theatre" to see "Arsenic and Old Lace" it was really good!!  One of the guys Cecil Ray works with was in it and he did a great job...it was his first time to do theatre.

Here we are all dressed up...

Thank you Aunt Shawn and Maci...

We had a grat time!

Snow (but, not as much as Dallas)

Well, we got some snow (again).  This is the third time this year!!  We LOVE it.  We didn't get as much as Dallas but, it's still BEAUTIFUL!!  And, you KNOW I took some pictures.
Our Backyard...
This little bird was so cute playing in the snow...
My Pansies even got some snow
(and those are the garden stones the girls got me for my birthday)...
My bench sure did look pretty...
The view from my kitchen...
The front...
You don't think I would let the girls miss out on all the snow did you?
Right after breakfast, I put their rain boots on them (left them in their nighty nights), put their coats on and out the door we went...
Hannah...
Hayley...
They were in their Bumbo's because I didn't put on "waterpoof" pants.
But, I did let them feel of it.  They seemed to like it and Hannah wanted to eat it...
Thank you Jesus for another BEAUTIFUL day.
I still stand in amazment at your wonderful works!

Our Other Babies...

Yes, we have twin girls who light up our world but we also have two other "children"...Roscoe and Rex.  God has put animals on this earth to comfort us, cuddle, pester us keep us company, and make us laugh.  It's funny how much they become part of the family.  I don't know what I would do without pets even though I have the girls.  Yesterday, I went into the kitchen to wash bottles (what else is new), looked out the window and saw this...

I mean how could that not make you smile...Best Buds!!
Thank you Jesus for those little things that make us smile.

Mommy has a Birthday!

Well, mommy truned another year older on Saturday.  We started the day by going to eat at Cracker Barrel for breakfast (and we did some shopping).  Mima got the girls these cute outfits to wear for my birthday and I LOVED them...
Hannah loved her belt...
Hayley sitting up big...
(Don't know if you can read the back but it says, "...and mommy loves me")
Mima and Hayley...
When we got back from breakfast, the girls were ready to give me my gifts.
I got two garden stones.  I LOVE things to go in my flowerbeds!!
During the girls nap, Cecil Ray set an appointment for my mom and I to get a massage.  It was WONDERFUL and much needed.  Then, mom and I got the girls and went to get our hair cut (also much needed).  A day of pampering...what else could a girl ask for?

For dinner, we went to Osaka to eat.  It is one of my favorite places here in Hot Springs.
Family picture...
(I didn't have time to get "cute" after we got our hair done but, we had fun anyway.)
After dinner, Mima took the girls home to feed them and put them to bed while Cecil Ray and I went to see my crush a movie..."Dear John".

On Sunday, Cecil Ray had a party for my with all our friends at our house.
Jaclyn and the kids...
Mom, Jennifer, Sonya & Jessica...

Hayley made a new friend...Danny.  He was so great with her.  He fed her, put her to sleep and played with her all day.  Guess he was practicing since he has one on the way...
Jessica made sure our other "baby" got some attention...
Trouble Cousins...Colt & Hayley...
It was a GREAT birthday!  Thank you to everyone!!
P.S. Hannah was there, she just didn't get in many pictures.  She took a good long nap.  Hayley...not so much.
